Choose your format

Trek, sightseeing — or both

Not everyone on your team wants to summit a peak, and that's fine. We run three formats so nobody sits out and nobody is bored. Mixed groups are our default, not an exception.

🥾

The Trek

For teams that want the challenge

A guided climb with a real summit at the end — the shared effort that turns colleagues into a team.

  • Beginner to hard routes, matched to your group
  • Certified trek leaders, sweep guide at the back
  • Forest permits and entry fees handled
  • Summit photos and a group flag shot
Best for · engineering teams, sales offsites, college batches
📸

Sightseeing Day

For mixed-fitness and senior groups

All of the Western Ghats, none of the uphill. Waterfalls, coffee estates, viewpoints and heritage stops at an easy pace.

  • Short, flat walks — no fitness barrier
  • Coffee & spice estate walk-throughs
  • Sunrise / sunset viewpoints with vehicle access
  • Comfortable for parents, kids and leadership
Best for · family day-outs, leadership offsites, annual day trips
Most booked

Trek + Sightseeing

One trip, two tracks, nobody left out

The group splits by choice in the morning and reunites for lunch, sightseeing and the campfire. One bus, one budget, one team.

  • Trek track and sightseeing track run in parallel
  • Two guides, one coordinator across both
  • Everyone back together for meals and activities
  • Single per-head price regardless of track
Best for · full-team offsites of 25+ with varied fitness

The sightseeing side

Western Ghats, at walking pace

Sightseeing isn't the consolation prize. It's a full day out — misty ghat roads, waterfalls in full flow, estate coffee straight off the plantation, and viewpoints you can drive right up to. We build it as carefully as the trek.

  • Accessible by design — short walks, benches, shade and clean restroom stops planned in.
  • Local food, not highway food — Malnad thalis, estate breakfasts, filter coffee.
  • A guide, not just a driver — someone who explains the region, not just points at it.
  • Photo stops built into the plan — including a proper group photo everyone is in.
Chikmagalur
Coffee estates, Mullayanagiri drive-up, Hebbe & Jhari falls.
Coorg
Abbey Falls, Raja's Seat sunset, plantation walks, Dubare elephant camp.
Sakleshpur
Ghat viewpoints, Manjarabad Fort, waterfall stops, estate stays.
Kudremukh belt
Hanuman Gundi falls, Kudremukh valley drives, Kalasa temple town.
Kemmangundi
Z-Point vista, rose garden, Kallathigiri falls.
Agumbe
Sunset point, rainforest trails, Barkana viewpoint.

Destinations are paired to your trek so both tracks stay within 30–45 minutes of each other.

Built for the people organising it

What HR and managers actually get

An offsite is judged on how little went wrong. We plan for the parts that land on your desk — headcount changes, dietary lists, finance paperwork and the "is this safe?" question from leadership.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑

Nobody sits out

Parallel trek and sightseeing tracks mean the whole team travels together regardless of fitness, age or injury — no awkward opt-outs.

📞

One point of contact

A single coordinator on WhatsApp from first enquiry to final drop-back. No call-centre, no handoffs mid-trip.

🧾

GST invoice & PO-ready

Proper GST invoicing, quotation on letterhead, PO and vendor-onboarding paperwork completed for your finance team.

💰

Locked per-head pricing

One all-inclusive rate per person — transport, meals, permits, guides, stay. No surprise add-ons after the event.

🛡️

Safety you can defend

Certified leaders, first-aid kits, evacuation plan and emergency contacts — documented, so you can answer leadership in one email.

📋

We run the roster

Registration link, headcount tracking, dietary and medical declarations, emergency contacts — collected by us, shared back as a clean sheet.

🚌

Pickup from your office

Multiple pickup points across Bengaluru, live bus tracking on the group, and a manifest so you know who boarded where.

🖼️

Photos you can post

A shared album of the day — group shots, candids and summit frames — ready for your internal comms and social channels.

🍽️

Dietary needs handled

Veg, Jain, vegan and allergy requirements collected in advance and confirmed with the kitchen before you arrive.

The quote pack you receive

Everything you need to get an offsite approved — usually in one internal email, within 24 working hours of your enquiry.

Request the pack
  • Hour-by-hour itinerary for both the trek and sightseeing tracks
  • All-inclusive per-head cost with slabs at different group sizes
  • Inclusions and exclusions written plainly, no fine print
  • Safety and logistics note you can forward to leadership as-is
  • Payment schedule and cancellation terms up front

Who we run these for

Groups we know how to handle

HR & L&D

Annual offsites, new-joiner cohorts, engagement calendars and reward trips with clean documentation.

Team managers

Sprint-close celebrations, cross-team mixers and quarter kick-offs that don't feel like another meeting.

Colleges & schools

Batch trips and NSS outings with parent-facing safety notes, ratios and institutional invoicing.

Private groups

Birthdays, friend circles, alumni meets and family groups who want it organised end to end.

How it works

Four steps, most of them ours

01

Tell us the basics

Group size, rough fitness mix, preferred dates and a budget range. Two minutes on the form below.

02

We design it

Route, sightseeing pairing, logistics and an all-inclusive quote — back with you in 24 working hours.

03

We collect the details

Registration link, dietary and medical declarations, pickup points. You forward one link and we do the chasing.

04

You just show up

We run the day safely and hand you back a photo album and a team that actually talked to each other.

Before you ask internally

HR & finance questions

Half my team can't trek. Is this still worth booking?
That's the most common case we handle. The trek and sightseeing tracks run the same day, in the same region, on one budget — the group travels together, splits for the morning by choice, and reunites for lunch and everything after. Nobody has to declare themselves unfit to opt out.
Do you provide a GST invoice and complete vendor onboarding?
Yes. You'll get a quotation on letterhead up front and a GST invoice after the trip, and we'll fill out your vendor-onboarding and PO paperwork. Tell us your finance team's format in the form and we'll match it.
What's included in the per-head price?
Typically transport from Bengaluru, all meals on the itinerary, stay where applicable, forest permits and entry fees, certified guides and first-aid support. Anything excluded is listed explicitly in the quote — we don't add costs afterwards.
Our headcount will change. How late can we confirm numbers?
We work with a confirmed-headcount cut-off a few days before departure, and price in slabs so small changes don't reprice the whole trip. Share your expected range in the form and we'll set the cut-off around your internal timelines.
How do you handle safety, and what can I show leadership?
Certified trek leaders with a sweep guide at the back, first-aid kits on route, a documented evacuation plan and local emergency contacts. It comes as a one-page safety note in the quote pack that you can forward without editing.
Is it safe and comfortable for women travelling with the group?
Yes. We plan separate, clean washroom and changing arrangements, keep group accommodation allocation sensible, and can assign a woman coordinator for the group — flag it in the form and we'll confirm it in writing.
What's the lead time to book?
Two to three weeks is comfortable for a full offsite; one-day trips can be arranged faster. Weekends in peak season (post-monsoon and winter) fill early, so lock the date first — the itinerary can be finalised after.
What if it rains, or we have to postpone?
Monsoon is often the best time to be in the Ghats, and we plan wet-weather alternates into every itinerary. If the trip has to move, we'll work with you on rescheduling — payment and cancellation terms are stated in the quote before you commit.

Tell us about your group

The more you fill in, the closer the first quote lands. Takes about two minutes — and you'll hear back within 24 working hours.

  • A real itinerary, not a brochure PDF
  • All-inclusive per-head cost with group-size slabs
  • GST invoice and vendor paperwork sorted
  • One coordinator on WhatsApp start to finish
  • No obligation — most teams compare 2–3 dates first
