These Terms & Conditions govern your booking and participation in any trek or activity organised by Elneeru. By booking a trek, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and everyone in your booking.
Bookings & payment
- A booking is confirmed only once full payment is received through our payment gateway (Razorpay).
- Prices, dates and itineraries are subject to change until your booking is confirmed.
- Pickup points and timings are shared after booking; please arrive on time, as group transport cannot wait.
Fitness & responsibility
- Trekking is a physical activity carried out in natural terrain. You confirm that you (and your group) are medically fit for the difficulty level chosen.
- You must disclose any medical condition that may affect your participation at the time of booking.
- You agree to follow your trek leader's instructions at all times. We may remove any participant whose conduct endangers themselves or the group, without refund.
Risk
Adventure activities carry inherent risks. While we maintain certified guides, first-aid and emergency protocols on every trek, you participate at your own risk. Elneeru is not liable for loss, injury or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Cancellation & refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Photography
We may photograph treks for promotional use. If you prefer not to appear in our photos, just let your trek leader know.
