Elneeru ("we", "us", "our") operates elneeru.in and organises guided treks across the Western Ghats. This policy explains what information we collect when you browse our site or book a trek, and how we use it.

- Booking details — your name, mobile/WhatsApp number, email and the trek and date you book.
- Payment information — payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details on our servers.
- Usage data — basic analytics (pages viewed, device, approximate location) collected via Google Tag Manager to improve the site.
How we use your information
- To confirm and manage your trek booking and pickup logistics.
- To contact you about your trek, schedule changes, or safety updates.
- To send occasional updates about upcoming treks — you can opt out at any time.
- To improve our website and the experiences we offer.
Sharing
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to deliver your trek — our payment gateway (Razorpay), transport partners and trek guides — and only to the extent required.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to hello@elneeru.in. We retain booking records only as long as needed for legal and accounting purposes.
