I have never trekked before — can I still join?
Absolutely. Many of our trekkers are first-timers. Start with a trek marked Beginner — these have easy trails and short distances. Our guides set a comfortable pace and support you the whole way.
Where do your treks depart from?
All treks depart from Bengaluru with multiple pickup stops across the city, plus en-route pickups at Hassan and Channarayapatna. Exact pickup points and timings are shared after you book.
What's included in the trek price?
Our treks are all-inclusive: return transport from Bengaluru, meals as per the itinerary, camping or stay where applicable, permits, and a certified trek leader. Anything personal (extra snacks, gear rental) is not included.
What should I carry?
Good trekking or sports shoes, a backpack, a water bottle (2L), a light rain jacket during monsoon, a personal medical kit, and a valid government ID. We send a detailed packing list on WhatsApp once you book.
How do I book and pay?
Pick a trek and date on our Treks page and book online. Payments are secured by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net-banking). Your slot is confirmed the moment payment succeeds.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You can reschedule free of charge up to 3 days before departure, subject to availability. Refunds follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Are the treks safe?
Safety is our priority. Every trek runs with certified guides, first-aid kits and emergency protocols, in small groups of around 10–15. If conditions become unsafe, we reschedule or refund.
Can you organise a private or corporate group trek?
