We get it — plans change. This policy explains what happens if you need to cancel or reschedule a trek booked with Elneeru. Because we block group transport, permits and guide slots in advance, cancellation windows are tied to your trek's departure date.
Cancellation by you

To cancel, message us on WhatsApp at +91 90082 53367 with your name and booking date. Refunds are processed to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 working days.
Rescheduling
You may move your booking to another available date free of charge if you tell us at least 3 days before departure, subject to availability.
Cancellation by Elneeru
Your safety comes first. If we cancel a trek due to weather, unsafe trail conditions, government restrictions or insufficient group size, you will be offered a full refund or a free reschedule to any future date. We are not liable for personal expenses (such as connecting travel) incurred outside the trek package.
